Boredom & pandemic

I'm sure most of us look like this nowadays. We're off track because we can't do things like going out with friends, watching movies in theaters, lunch at our favorite restaurant, etc. Most of us are working from home, some are temporarily jobless and students don't have anything to study as exams are cancelled. I guess for the 1st time in our lives we have so much free time but no idea how to spend it. This situation also affects our mental health as

1. Everyone is afraid of getting infected by this virus.
2. Worried about our future as everything has stopped suddenly.
3. We're running out of productivity and becoming lazy day by day.

But don't worry becoming productive is in your hands. If you look at the bright side getting bored is good; because boredom opens up space for new engagements. without Boredom, there is no creativity.
But before getting engaged in some creative activities follow these small steps to improve your daily experience.

i) Fix your sleep schedule and follow it. Even if you're sleeping late at night and waking up late. having a fixed schedule and good sleep is what actually matters.
ii)  Follow Hygenic habits so it will reduce your chances of getting affected by the virus.
iii) Eat healthy food and cook your favorite dish to keep yourself cheering.
iv) Do exercise on a daily basis.
v) Make a timetable for your work and rest.
vi) Try to do things which make you happy.

I know saying this thing looks easy but trust me it feels good when you actually follow it. And to follow this I will help you with some apps which kept me in the line from the last few weeks. Stay tuned for the next posts :)
quote of the day:
You are what you do, not what you say you'll do.
